02 · Material Delivery & Verification
Every material checked before we start.
Materials are delivered and verified against the order, quantities, specs, colors, components, and condition, so the complete roof system is correct and installation-ready.
03 · Tear-Off & Decking
Down to a solid, nailable deck.
The old roof is stripped to the structural decking, then every board is inspected. Any decking that is rotted, damaged, or can no longer hold a fastener is repaired or replaced to establish a secure base.
04 · Underlayment & Waterproofing
A durable, watertight barrier.
High-performance synthetic underlayment is rolled across the deck, and a self-adhering ice-and-water membrane seals the valleys and other critical areas, blocking wind-driven rain and moisture around every penetration.
05 · Shingle Installation
A uniform, weather-resistant system.
A starter course locks the perimeter against wind uplift, field shingles are set to the manufacturer’s exposure and fastening pattern, and hip-and-ridge caps finish the ridgelines for a clean, engineered result.
06 · Final Cleanup & Quality Control
Cleared, swept, and inspected.
We haul off all roofing debris and excess material, magnet-sweep the property for loose nails, and walk a final quality-control inspection before the job is called done.
